What exactly is Executive Concierge Sdn Bhd?

  • Executive Concierge Sdn Bhd is the first concierge company of its kind in Malaysia that provides an affordable and effective lifestyle management solution to its clients.

Do I need to pay for membership fee?

  • It depends. You can become our member which you can enjoy a great discount on our concierge services and gift certificates from our vendors.
    Or a non –membership user will be charged by an hourly rate, minimum 1 hour.

How does Executive Concierge charged?

  • Our charges very based at the customers request and minimum 1 hour will be billed.

Are there any extra charges after working hour?

  • Yes. There will be reasonable extra charges after 5.30 pm on wards from Monday – Friday and after 1pm on Saturday.

What about my privacy?

  • Executive Concierge will never disclose any of its client’s personal information to third parties.

Are you providing any fixed cost packages?

  • Yes. We have packages for individual and corporate. Each of these programs are specially customized to best suits the customers needs.

I need a transport and hotel arrangement in U.S for my company trip next week, can Executive Concierge arrange it for me?

  • Yes. Executive Concierge has an international concierge networking in United Kingdom, United State, India, Shanghai, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries.

Are materials and expenses during the service included in the charges?

  • No. They are the responsibilities of the customers itself.
